You won't receive the reason of the I-130 denial, because the I-130 belongs to your spouse, that being said she will receive the reason, not you.

Thanks for answering.

Is there a way for me to find out if my i-485 still active meaning not denied? What are my options?

Β

and my Ead is pending for 210 days ..

Hello everyone, I got a prima facie and here filling out a college admission application. It’s asking if I’m aΒ citizen or permanent resident and to provide alien registration number. If not, I should specify the type of visa I have...which is a B2. Should I write B2Β or write AOS pending with the alien registration number?Β
Β

Anyone, please, what should I do? @sandranj

I initially reached out to them just after New Years... they took their time to get started but once they started the process, 1.5 weeks

Thank you. I reached out to them exactly 3 weeks ago so maybe by next week I should get a response. I am also in N.Y.Β

So putting AOS pending and writing the alien registration # wouldn’t make sense? πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ

I was just going by the 3 options you presented. Number 3 suits best. You are free to describe your situation how best you can though.Β  Also you can message Sandra or wait for her response here.πŸ‘
