😀 it's not the Greencard my dear..I wish! It's the C9 EAD that took forever to renew! Today it updated to case approved!👇👇👇

Why don't you just visit the nearest police HQ near you and get the clearance/report? That's what I did.

If they don't understand you over the phone, get up and go to them..tell them it's police clearance/report for immigration purpose! They should know.👍

I had to get police clearance from 2 different counties for my case. One of them was far to go so I emailed them my request with my picture ID and the fee with a check. They mailed the letter to my address. You need to get in touch over the phone first and figure out which email address you need to send your request to.

I applied for VAWA in August 2019, along with my then 17yrs old daughter who was also abused by my USC husband. I've received my EAD 5 days ago in the mail (this was application was done with my previously filed i130, i485 applications). My attorney had requested to have my i485 held in obeyance pending the approval of my i360. A package consisting of  i765, i485 and i360 was done for my daughter in August 2019. When I checked the  i765 receipt, it stated c31 but to my surprise, I checked the case status for my daughter and it stated that her i765 was approved on Dec.12. I'm a bit confused but is very happy.  Maybe uscis saw that the c31 was an error on the application for the i765 and corrected it to c09 since she have a pending i485 application.

I'm so happy and grateful to God as my daughter is now 18yrs old and she can start working as soon as she graduate high school next year.

He is indeed. 2019 is ending on a high for me. Since my husband left (4 months) I've been blessed with a prima  facie, a car, and my EAD plus more hours on my job. And to top it off, my daughter is getting her EAD. Pray without ceasing because God still answer prayer.

Hi guys, Im new here. Thanks for sharing and helping people. I applied for vawa 18 months ago, I have EAD combo and I want to visit my dad because he is sick but I entered the country illegally. You guys think will be a problem? Any one here facing same problem? Any one already traveled on that situation?
