You don’t need to be divorced when you will attend your AOS interview, but you should not be living with him anymore tho.

Hello family, I had my first ticket today for not moving over for emergency vehicle according to the cop who followed me for speeding but charged me for not moving over promptly. Please will this impact my vawa application @sandranj

Hello All - how was your experience (if had one) with concurrent filling of I-360 and I-485? My I-360 should be adjudicated / decided by CIS this year. How long did you wait for I-485 interview after I-360 decision in your case?

I applied I-360 and I-485 concurrently Nov. 2017, received work permit Feb. 2018, RFE June 2019, VAWA approval letter Dec. 2019, still waiting on an on an interview date for AOS, hope that helps. good luck

Why you are thinking that negative? We all are in a same boat and our hopes are high because we are not thinking anything bad .. just keep up your good spirit and everything will be easy for you.

Hello everyone, can anybody tell me how do I seek the help of our Congressman to follow up status of application? Go to his office and talk to him? Or it is just a mere paperwork that needs filled out and their office will follow up for you?

TIA

Hi if you know who your congressman is and office location, you can go to them for help. If not, you can google the information and probably give them a call. If they choose to email you the privacy form, you can fill it out and email it back. This way you may not need to go there physically.👍

You can go to their website and e-mail them. Usually they will send you a privacy form and you fill it out and send it back to them describing your issue. Or you can go straight to their office if you have time.

It depends on the  workload of each local office.
