I filed wawa and I got prima facie and  I'm still married to my american spouse.

I filed wawa and I got the receipt and they sent prima facia notice.if I got my approval from wawa. I'm still married to my american spouse. When I was called for the interview I 485 in the future? the officer would deny my green card if I'm still married to abusive spouse? What do you guys think? Please sandra what is your thought? @sandranj

You don’t need to be divorced when you will attend your AOS interview, but you should not be living with him anymore tho.

Please can anyone help , it’s been almost 9weeks I submitted my I-360 and it was delivered by Usps 12/5/19 and silence ever since then . Is there anything I can do to find out if it’s accepted or anything at all. I’m just anxious to get a receipt at least

Hey ,

You have the proof that you sent it . Keep calm at worst you could send another one if that one did not arrive. The processing is usually slow around the holidays. You  also have to be aware that this process take patience and this plateform will be help you keep track otherwise one will end up cuckoo..

I have  a lot of cases I-765 cases that I filed 7/9 month ago and the self- petitioners  didn't receive the work permit yet, but 3 weeks ago I filed one form I-765 and the EAD was issued within 10 days.

Yes you are correct.

Thank you! That is very good news! Hopefully the people that you sent their paperwork 7/9 months ago get their ead soon. I am praying to God that I receive mine soon aswell! I am almost done with my course and want to start working! I will remain positive!

Thank you for your response @sandranj

With approved I360 and pending I485 can I send a fee waiver to Vermont for my I131 request or do they not accept fee waiver after I360 approval? I saw someone saying we have to pay the fee but I don’t really have that money these days. 😔

You can submit the fee waiver even with I-360 approved.
