I read the form and it does say us who are VAWA holders are except but it also says something about presenting evidence  and the indtruction form doesn't say anything as what evidence should go on it so it's a little confusing 

Page one basically is info about you, mailing address, physical address and birth info. Second page is reason for exemption: tick option (1c) are you sure we have the same form..because they didn't ask for any proof!💁

You need to call USCIS to schedule infopass.. representative will connect you to tier 2 representative and they will able to schedule it

I have been arrested on a domestic violence misdemeanor before, I do have the court disposition that the case was dropped but do you recommend I hire a lawyer to come with me to the interview? 

Congrats. Its very very easy. you can fill it by yourself.. you just need to select vawa category

Are you sure it's 1d?😏 I believe is 1c as you are a self petitioner. And that's the language our VAWA petition uses..not 1d. Please.anyone who can input..i'ld love to be corrected so I don't make mistakes myself.👍

Thats sad.. but you know you need to take care of these things as well. Attorneys are here to make money, once they receive money, they forget about us. We have to keep push them to do this, do that..

Don't forget that other category of DV victims use I360 as well..ours is just.VAWA!💁

It says Widow(er) meaning both! And please read the language used on your prima facie and i360 receipt..also your VAWA approval..it basically outlines 1c!💁
