You can find your Local field Office where you will attend the interview by the Zip Code.

N.Y. N.Y. (Manhattan) field office is the craziest in NYC! My God! It is what it is!💁 I guess since you're in that region you still have some time to kill before the interview! But I still think a brief trip is more reasonable. You just never know!

i just need to compare other nyc based applicants. i know some people received their gc in a few months after case approval. but i couldn't find a specific example for nyc applicants.

The most reasonable wait I've seen from one member here Nicola was 8months..I believe her field office was Queens! Mine is Long Island. I know these two locations have the most reasonable wait times! Brooklyn and Manhattan is a nightmare on elm street!😏

hi,

I sent my all my forms (i360, i485, i765, i131) almost 8 months ago, but i haven't received a work permit or advanced parole yet. Is this normal? how much longer will it take to get the permits? what can i do? i went for the biometrics almost 6 months ago, and no PF.

thanks

if you included c09 in your I765, you should have received it by now. Send a letter to them and ask.

Congratulations dear.. that was very fast... pls did you pay for the EAD and Advance parol  renewal?

Yes, I paid.

That’s my third time renewing my EAD and parole and I decided to pay instead of send with the i912 and have the document returned like happened to my on my second renewal.

Not everyone gets Prima Face, people said you were supposed to file C09 but according to my lawyer it doesn’t matter...

I had to wait almost 18 months for my EAD once my I360/Vawa got approved!

hang in there, it will come eventually....

Good Luck!

I understand. I am also travelling in February for 30 days with my Advance Parole Document.  My Field Office is Queens, so i don't expect an interview before that date. It's taking at least a year after VAWA Approved.
