hi everyone, brand new member here and here comes my question;

my case was approved on january 3rd, 2019 after submitting rfe and currently waiting to be scheduled for the interview.

my advance parole is expiring on march 18, 2020. how soon do you think i can be scheduled? i wanna visit my country with my ap and thinking if they schedule me i can

come back before the interview. is it safe to do that? thanks.

p.s. it says current processing time is between 10.5 to 21.5 months for vermont center.

a quick trip would be okay. but you should expect to hear a good news anytime soon

Hello to you all, I need your usual support, I have two questions

1- Is it okay if I submit my I-131 fee waver and ADDRESS CHANGE all together or in a separate mail?

2- Do I have to staple separately all the forms and supporting documents or punch and fasten it together.

Thanks

you can do it all together. that's what I always do

I usually use paper clips instead of stapler.

Everyone's case is truly different! I wasn't expecting this..I've even given up on it, focussing on my Greencard instead..as I've heard different stories of C9 EAD denial following i360 approval and C31 receipt..but just got this update👇👇👇

New Card Is Being Produced

On December 12, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

congrats.. its your c09 EAD

Yes dear. My C9 renewal from a lifetime ago!😀 was sent out to NBC at first..stayed there forever..then transferred to Vermont..where I've been expecting a denial following other patterns I've read here..as I'm in possession of my C31..but everyone's case is different!💁

i guess we can still renew our c09 based on pending petition and it doesn't matter if we have c31 or no. I didn't get denial of my c09. It is c31 that was filed last year when my attorney mistakenly included c31 instead of c09. But since USCIS already issued me c31, so there is no point for them to issue me again c31 EAD. that's what i am assuming in my case- I have both c09 and c31 which are valid

Your case will transferred to the Local Field Office in NYC. That timeline is for I 485 based on T and U visa.

You can find your Local field Office where you will attend the interview by the Zip Code.
