I485 should be sent to Vermont when you receive your approval letter which comes 30-90 days after receipt of C31 EAD. The EAD never comes as a combo card. It is a courtesy extended to petitioners to let them work while waiting to adjust status. You probably may be able to apply for AP seperately.👍

Thank you so much!

Hey guys,

As I mentioned in my previous post that i did apply for vawa in August 2019 with i485 and i765(c31) n done bio in October, Rfe send from UsCis in October too, replied back in December and they received on December 23, 2019. I didn’t hear anything back from then. I applied through attorney though. My question is how long can it take to get EAD after RFE ? And do they update online from prima facie as well or you just get a letter for that. Anyone got EAD August 2019 filler please?

@Shroy123 what you think about my case?how we get notified about prima facie? 35 days today, they received my response

Quick question.

My wife is again texting me apology texts. I am not replying her but what should I do ?

I just found out through one friend that she is facing problems and she is also showing remorse of her past actions. Should I talk to her ? Should I meet her? I am not sure what I should do ? We are not divorced yet.

don't fall for her again. It will affect your vawa if you have already applied for it..

Hi everyone!

I had my VAWA approved on Jan 16th, and receive my EAD Card on Jan 25th - I notice that they send me an employment authorization card only, and I also applied for the Advance Parole (I-131). What should I do? Should I send the I-131 form again asking them to update my current EAD card?

Also, they didn't send me any notice of approval of my VAWA. Can I apply for the Green Card without this notice? Should I send the I-485 Form to Vermont or the National Benefits Center?

Thank you

because its only EAD card. It does not serve as a advance parole. DO NOT travel outside the country based on c31 EAD. Involve your congress person to get updates on your I131. Usually its a wait between 3 to 6 months

You should have included c09 category in your I765 in order to get it within 30 to 90 days or longer (maximum i think 6 months). C31 ead will issue once your Vawa will get approved. You recently filed it so I would say 16 months to 24 months this process takes.

I would suggest you to file another I765 based on c09(pending of adjustment) category since you already filed i485. Also, not everyone received prima facie so don't worry :-) There are many cases who has been approved without prima facie. but after submitting initial RFE, USCIS usually send it within 2 to 4 weeks so it will come

Yes is up to the person who will fill out AOS to check when their priority date is available to file..... Visa bulletin only update the visa status if they are available or not and USCIS will inform which chart to use for their AOS.

No we don't. Well I don't, I don't know if he does but one of his things was no social media for me. I have added it to my affidavit, just a bit worried about it is all.
