Hello everyone. I have been following this forum  but never commented and I must admit it is a very warm community that gives hope. Thank you also to Sandra I have learnt a lot by just reading here. I wish everyone hoping for approvals God's speed and favor. 

 

Please can any one point me to Sandra advice on how to write personal affidavit or if anyone has written please how did you go about it ?

Send me your email in direct and I will email you affidavit sample which I got from my lawyer and used for my affidavit.

That's correct, only by mail. I did so twice already after applying for VAWA. You can also inquire your congressman office and request them to double check if address was updated. I did so and got a confirmation from them that address is updated. USCIS will likely not reply to your address update form and the status online that they received some communication from you might change in like 3 months after you send it.
Also, your physical address and your address for mail from USCIS are 2 different addresses, my mailing address is my lawyers office but I still updated my physical address separately as described above.

my i-130 is denied but i have no update on i-485.

let's say if my i-485 still pending, can i still renew my EAD based on c09 category?

Hello everyone I just received a notice this last hour that we only have 2 months until March 31st at our place since they are renovating the place and selling it. I wanted to notify USCIS in advance of this but I have tried to fill out form of change of address it says PO Box is not accepted. I wanted to make sure I change it now because I have read so much problems on address change but I'm in dilemma that they won't accept PO Box. It would take me so much time to find a place to provide a proper address and probably will live in a hotel during the transition.

 

What should i do?

any friend or family member that you trust, you can you use their address.

Hello guys. So today i received a very depressing rfe. 

Qualifying relationship 

Shared residence 

Good moral Character 

Good faith marriage. 

A lot of of things they want me to proof. Is ok if i write a new personal affidavit talking about my abuse, and explaining why i don't have joint stuff together. I am so depressed and confused bc they picking out a lot of things from my statements and saying they don't tide to my evidence.  Please  who can help me with a sample of how a personal affidavit should look like. Any advice wilk help. Thanks guys.

Hey guys, 

As I mentioned in my previous post that i did apply for vawa in August 2019 with i485 and i765(c31) n done bio in October, Rfe send from UsCis in October too, replied back in December and they received on December 23, 2019. I didn’t hear anything back from then. I applied through attorney though. My question is how long can it take to get EAD after RFE ? And do they update online from prima facie as well or you just get a letter for that. Anyone got EAD August 2019 filler please?

What evidences you submitted before? You did not send the lease of the you lived or manager letter?

I submitted a sublease bc were rented a room in someone 's appointment.  We have been doing a lot of moving.
