it is indeed. I just regret i became part of it little late. I am myself to blame for it. but since then it's really feel like i am in a class where you learn new stuff everyday.

You're not alone there my dear. I joined when I already filed and parted ways with a substantial sum. Felt like punching myself..but glad I joined when I did. Better late than never!💁

it is just i sent everything. I did everything my own. My personal affidavit could have been some stronger and according to the way Sandra suggests.

I just wrote 2 pages, did not include dates and events.

Hello guys!

Finally I got divorced.

Its been tough but here I am. Alive😅

I have couple  questions.

Since USCIS is not obligated to issue RFE how do you think should I have to send them  my divorce decree?

And. I sent them my police clearance from my native country.

On the moment when I came to US it’s been 8-9 months old.

I did it July 2017 I think and came to US April 2018

I did new one. It shows that I don’t have any crime history till the moment I gone to America.

Should I send them this new one as well?

Thank you very much!!!

You need to bring your divorce decree to your aos interview. IO asks for it. And yes send them the new one as well

I woke up to a RFE 😭😭😭😭

I hope it’s not anything I can’t supply. I didn’t send a police clearance from my home country so I hope that’s it.

Priority date July 16, 2018

It might be.. just wait until you receive a RFe letter.. but its good at least they touched your case

Oh now I see why you've been anticipating an RFE..but then you never know..some officers are easier to satisfy than their peers. Whichever way it goes we are here for you.🙌 here's the awesome part; we are allowed to send in evidence that will help our cases anytime before final decision is made on our case. It's up you to wait for RFE or send them as much evidence as you can get hold of. Anything you're sending should go to VSC.👍

@Stillwinning!!!😊 I can’t remember if I had sent in an I-485 for my daughter I think I did. But I didn’t send one in for myself cause it was already and I got an interview with the uscis. But I got the vawa work permit and paper I got included my daughter on there I know I did a I-360 for her but the adjustment status I’m trying to remember if I did is there anyway to find out will they request one if I didn’t. My prima facie says expires in February but eligible for an extension do I need to write them to get another one? I didn’t know I could use it to go to school and I’m hoping I can get another one while I wait for my interview.

Hi, I appreciate if anyone here can help me with the following:

A month and 28 days ago (58 days), USCIS ordered my I-360 EAD (C31). Which I received a few days later, but I still haven't received the approval letter from my Vawa I-360.

I ask:
What is the maximum time it usually takes USCIS to send the Vawa I-360 approval letter?

Thank you very much for your help!

Good job!👌 fortunately, getting a divorce is not part of the requirements for i360 approval. It's not an evidence to send towards the approval of your case. However at the point of interview, some officers like to know your current status and proof of that. That said..you can always send a copy to Vermont..it will be documented. You'll also take it with you to your greencard interview just incase the officer asks for it.👍

Thank you very much!!!

I have a friend that lost her USC husband 3 months after they got married and apparently they had no joint bills together. I supposed she's to file the same I360 form for her adjustment of status?

For Adjustment of status need to file form I-485 with all requirements and as a Widow of a Us Citizen form I-360 petition they only ask for this proof: A copy of your marriage certificate, Copies of evidence that her spouse was a U.S. citizen (passport, birth certificate, naturalization Certificate) and a copy of the death certificate of her U.S. citizen spouse.
