just for my understanding. 

Let's say my Vawa is pending and my i-485 is on hold. Then i submit my EAD c09  category and it is out of normal processing time. Can i submit inquiry for that online?

I hope I understand your query..incase I do..if you mean case out of processing time on the USCIS site..then everyone is welcome to do that! I don't know how effective that is..but some people have reported success. Let me know if this is what you were trying to get across.👍

Contact your congrassman/woman and ask them to make an inquiry request for you. You can also make an inquiry writing directly to VSC. Once you have a VAWA case pending or approved, everythimg else goes to Vermont Service Center. You won't get any clear response from USCIS if you make the online inquiry.

Thank you. I just spoke to my lawyer and he kinda made me feel better too so I’m just gonna calm myself down and enjoy my weekend when it comes and see what this is about when I get it

it is indeed. I just regret i became part of it little late. I am myself to blame for it. but since then it's really feel like i am in a class where you learn new stuff everyday.
