Hello to you all, I need your usual support, I have two questions

1- Is it okay if I submit my I-131 fee waver and ADDRESS CHANGE all together or in a separate mail?

2- Do I have to staple separately all the forms and supporting documents or punch and fasten it together.

Thanks

  • I found the answer thanks!
  • Do not use binders or folders that we cannot easily disassemble.
  • Use fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated.
  • Sticky tabs assist in locating items listed as attachments. For easy filing, place the tabs on the bottom of the page, not the side.

Hello guys, thank you so much for all supports, comments and any kind of information that all people share on this forum.

I was confused according to my timeline:

10/11 I was leaving my abuse husband (USC)

11/26 I checked on CASE STATUS ONLINE that on 11/21 my case (I485) is ready to be scheduled for an interview, knowing that I quickly:

11/27 I sent AR-11, I360, I485, I765, I864W to Vermont

11/29 USCIS Vermont accepted my packet (according my USPS tracking)

12/05 there were 2 emails came, asking me to check my account in USCIS. It stated that:

•12/05 11/21 my case (I485) is ready to be scheduled for an interview

•12/05 interview cancelled for I485

12/09 New Card is Being Produced (according CASE STATUS ONLINE)

12/10 We approved your I765, if you don’t receive approval notice by XXX, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request (According CASE STATUS ONLINE)

While, Vermont didn’t send any I797 letter to me OR based on I130 that my husband did only state “Case Was Received” and I never come for any interview about our marriage.

Any explanation about that? Thank you so much guys. God bless!

If you filed I765 along with your i485 in a first place, most likely USCIS is sending you EAD card 09 category.

Congrats on your approval!👍 so what's your feild office for i485? Some people get interview 5-12months after approval...so I think you're really close! If it's a brief trip then you may go, otherwise you should just wait it out...💁I'm sure you'll be scheduled any moment now!

it's vermont office. currnet proccessing time says 10.5 to 21.5 months for i485. i wanna leave by january and come back in march. i just don't wanna wait here, it's taking so long ;(

I strongly believe you may be scheduled while out of the country! Can't it wait? Is it an emergency? You've already done the most wait!💁think carefully before making your decision dear.

Do you live in Vermont? I'm really not used to people saying their field office is Vermont LOL I just see it as where all our i360/U visas are processed!😀 anyway it's worth the wait...you don't wanna receive that news while you're out of the country! It's still your decision to make..if you have to travel at all..make your return shorter than you stated above!💁

Everyone's case is truly different! I wasn't expecting this..I've even given up on it, focussing on my Greencard instead..as I've heard different stories of C9 EAD denial following i360 approval and C31 receipt..but just got this update👇👇👇

New Card Is Being Produced

On December 12, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Is this under your I-485 receipt?

Yes dear. My C9 renewal from a lifetime ago!😀 was sent out to NBC at first..stayed there forever..then transferred to draVermont..where I've been expecting a denial following other patterns I've read here..as I'm in possession of my C31..but everyone's case is different!💁

Then congratulations dear!!

If the status update is under your i485 receipt, then it’s your GC 😍

@Sandranj mentioned that a few people get GC without interview. You must be one of them lucky ones 🎊
