I don't think I will received online notification for my I-485 transfer 😕 ... At my marriage base interview Officer told me a T file was created for me by Vermont (no idea what it is) my abuser use to threat me and my lawyer, because when he file I-130 petition along with my I-485 his phone number was on the G-1145 form, so every time my I-485 update online he will get the messages, So my attorney contact Vermont to please avoid the notification.  When my interview was scheduled he received a notification totally different from my I-485, his notification said my i-765 was denied on his text... i guess that what the T file stands for. I will have to rely on Mail updates.

You are right!!! I got my approval in May and after 2 months I got the same update... I thought it was the change of address I mailed them... but nothing else happened after that... nothing to be worry!

I also got a notification today that my I765 has been denied. (I guess because they approved my I360 c31)

There is a lot of thing internally we don't know about, my lawyer contact them and remind them about their privacy policy and they said G-1145 form was on the file and they will make a change. So they created that but the Officer said is only internal purpose.. I was very glad

Sigh of relief. probably Its because i raised a service request to issue me I765 denial which i received after my vawa approval. I didnt receive a notice so yesterday i raised a service request on their website. It could be that and also i have involved my senator to get updates on my i485. 😃

Would love to share how I woke up today!!!

Applied for I131 and renew I765 January 15 and today the produce my AP!!!  I am so happy... things are moving forward!!!

Hi, 

I spoke to my attorney about the current date for LPR spouses to file '' i485 and i765" based on pending Vawa (i filed i360 december 2018).

She says i will have to pay the fee which is $ 1,225.00 right now. 

PS i haven't work for almost 4 years. (Never had work permit).

 

Is there someone who have had the i485 fee waived? 

Please let me know how to proceed.
