Whenever an administrative action is taken on your case/file you're usually alerted in that default template! It may be anything even as simple as goin through your file to ensure everything is in order. As for your i485, if it has been moved, you will be alerted on that case not on the i360! So relax and wait for it!👍

2 days ago, i requested to for a denial letter of my c31 EAD that I never received. USCIS denied my i765 because they already issued me C31 EAD so it had to denied. Do you think it could be related to that? since it is related to i360, that is making me nervous

You have no reason to be nervous. Like I said whenever they carry out any administrative action on your case/file, that is usually the generic template that it generates! The activities you mentioned may or may not be the reason..but generally it's nothing to worry about. They probably getting ready to move your files to the local office. Yes they do move the i360 and the i485 to the local office!

I also involved my congressman to get updates on my I485. It makes sense but it should change i485 why they changed i360? because that's the principal application?

Nothing to be nervous about if you involved congressman they are checking everything link to your I-485 which your I-360 is included...

Files are not transferred immediately after approval. I found out through my senator from a previous USCIS response that they undergo administrative processing before the movement! So they'll move it when they do!👍

@Stillwinning!!!😊 in 2018 when i received my EAD/AP card in March 2018, after 2 months of approval, i got the same status change that name is updated and its still the same. I know its an update when they check on your file but still it made me nervous.

Hello family, 

 

I wanted to give you an update about my case.

 

I receive a notification on my I360 that a new card was producing which I know it means that my case has been approved. God is good all the time, all the Glory to Jesus who saves.

 

i wish you all your approvals come soon.

july 5 2018 my package was received( i got 2 PF)

January 3 2020 received RFE for GMC

February 4 2020 they received my response to RFE

 February 19 2020 new card is being produced

That is very quick.. I am still waiting for them to transfer my case to local office.. it has been 3 months now since i received my c31 EAD

Lol I know..I used to feel same but once I understood it was just routine, I don't think much of it anymore. Soon you guys that have just been approved, Fedaniela too will get updates about case transfer to local office!☺🙏 It's all going to come together!

Oh great your file is sitting pretty at the local office waiting for an interview slot. Nice.☺ I don't know why they are denying most i765 after VAWA approval...mine was approved though. Yes after VAWA approval. So I have both EADs. Anyway it's the final stretch now..brace yourself..like I said, it's all coming together!☺👍
