Hi all!

I applied my VAWA case on November of 2017, and in November of 2019 I got an RFE (Good moral character). They were asking me for letters from other people proofing my good moral character and my previous taxes. Today I got a notification saying "New Card Is Being Produced" - I'm confused. Does it means that I was approved? I did send the EAD Card forms and I-485 with my I-360.

I can't wait to have all of this process done - It's a nightmare.

659 minutes to wait for an immigration officer call back that’s over 10 hours LMAO 😂 . USCIS customer service agents are not helpful, they all have an attitude , I responded to one of their questions yesterday and the lady said ‘Whatever’

that’s why we’d like to speak to an immigration officer instead . Everything a customer service see on their screen, is what we see too on our screen but an immigration officer see different .

My marriage I-485 has been pending since January 8 2019 after interview with my ex spouse, and my spouse didn’t withdraw the i-130 . So, everything’s been pending since July 2017 and the customer service just told me now it’s outside normal processing time . Even if I have a pending I-360 case in Vermont, I just want to know the outcome of my interview last year with my spouse .

They are always read what's on their website. I never really expect any different answer from them.

USCIS customer Service are contractors ( this what my lawyer said) with limited information, as we have too. So i really don't waste too much time speaking to them few time I called no accurate information was given is a shame for the immigration system to have such lacking service.

Don't be confuse everything under each case belong to that specific case New card produce under I-360 is for your VAWA nothing to do with I-485 one.... Congratulations is being approve soon you will receive your EAD c31 category following the approval notice...

I don't think she "refused" to answer, I am sure she is a very busy person and could not cater to everyone especially when she knows the question has been asked a lot of times repeatedly. Sometimes we just have to go back and read the previous thread and maybe find our answers there. And there are a lot of great folks here to help out as well. Good luck!

Okay ..just wondering why she dnt wanna reply me ..thanks ..but that won’t make me relent or break down ..thanks one more time

I just got a text notification and checked my online account. It says “new card is being produced” under my I360. This means they approved my I360, right? My receipt date is 7/2/2018
