Hi everyone,

this was probably ask before but I cant find an answer for my specific question.

So a week ago my fiancee receive her passport and visa packet, there was a big tear so we sent it back to us embassy manila. Fast forward, she received it back just today. the envelope was sealed back but this time there’s a second sealed plastic with papers in it but the front and back cover is a blank white page. We also noticed that the yellow envelope got thinner, thinking they separated them because it was too thick? Maybe. Is this normal or happened to anybody here before?

thank you very much! Appreciate in advance.

Common or not  I would suggest you remove only the passport from the plastic bag, then keep the plastic bag inside your carry-on as you will need it immediately at POE.   If the additional papers aren't necessary at POE  the agent will more than likely give them back to your fiancee.

Are the papers in the separate plastic documents relating to the petition or visa process?

Does your fiancee have CFO-GCP completed?

There’s 2 sealed plastic bags. 1 has the yellow sealed envelope with the passport ( she already took the passport out) and the other 1 has other papers, We cant see through it because there is blank white paper on front and back covering the papers. They came in rubber band together.

Her CFO appointment is coming soon.

Everything is fine with the visa package, as I noted earlier hand every over at POE.    (keep your DS-3O25 safe)
