HI ALL sorry but i,v posted the same topic in the uk forum i recieved my police report this morning........ i have a motoring offence on mine so it seems i,m a criminal..... will this stop me from getting my visa :crying::crying::crying: i,m sick to the stomach.... i knew i had this but didnt think minor offences were listed OMG 50 AND IM A CRIMINAL .... MY MOTHER WILL KILL ME :crying::crying::help::help: PLEASE HELP WITH YOUR ANSWERS TA AGNES X

2007-10-23...mailed AOS EAD AP

2007-10-29...finally arrived in chicago

2007-11-02...NOA1 notice date

2007-11-23...the dreaded RFE comes...dated Nov 19th

2007-11-24...returned RFE by USPS

2007-11-29...biometrics in buffalo

2007-11-29...touched

2007-12-18...mailed another copy of RFE, delivery confirmation.. just in case they did'nt get first one

2007-12-29...email stating transfer to CSC woohoo

2008-01-02...AOS touched

2008-01-09...AOS touched..stating transfer and pending at CSC.

2008-01-10...AOS touched

2008-01-11...AOS touched

2008-01-11...EAD touched..stating card production ordered... woohoo.

2008-01-11...AP touched

2008-01-16...AP approved

2008-01-18...EAD touch... stating card production ordered..AGAIN

2008-01-22...EAD touch... stating card sent

2008-01-22...EAD and AP delivered by mailman yeaha....

There are forums here dedicated to what offenses might make you inelligible to enter the US. Unless it's a major crime or a drug offense, you are probably fine. Either way, there is nothing to do but to go through the interview now. Even if you needed a waiver (which you might/probably do not), you couldn't try to get one until after you are denied at the interview. Don't panic. Research some more and find out where your record fits in terms of US regulation and law.

I-129F/K1

1-12-07 mailed to CSC

1-22-07 DHS cashes the I-129F check

1-23-07 NOA1 Notice Date

1-26-07 NOA1 arrives in the post

4-25-07 Touched!

4-26-07 Touched again!

5-3-07 NOA2!!! Two approval emails received at 11:36am

5-10-07 Arrived at NVC/5-14-07 Left NVC - London-bound!

5-17-07??? London receives?

5-20-07 Packet 3 mailed

5-26-07 Packet 3 received

5-29-07 Packet 3 returned, few days later than planned due to bank holiday weekend

6-06-07 Medical in London (called to schedule on May 29)

6-11-07 "Medical in file" at Embassy

6-14-07 Resent packet 3 to Embassy after hearing nothing about first try

6-22-07 DOS says "applicant now eligible for interview," ie: they enter p3 into their system

6-25-07 DOS says interview date is August 21

6-28-07 Help from our congressional representative gives us new interview date: July 6

7-06-07 Interview at 9:00 am at the London Embassy - Approved.

7-16-07 Visa delivered after 'security checks' completed

I-129F approved in 111 days; Interview 174 days from filing

YES THATS RIGHT MAVEN BUT YEAR IS WRONG LOL 2003 I TOLD U IT WAS 1993 I WAS STILL SHAKING AT THE TIME WISH I WASNT NIGHT SHIFT TONIGHT I HAVE A FEW GLASSES LEFT IN MY WINE BOTTLE LOL...... NOT THAT WILL HELP BUT IT MIGHT CALM ME DOWN FOR A FEW HOURS.

Familiarize yourself with Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude (CIMT). Driving without insurance is not CIMT.
