Did you call USCIS to upgrade your petition to IR status? Otherwise you will have to wait for your PD to become current? Unless it’s already.

PD is current. We did not call USCIS. We only uploaded the naturalisation certificate on CEAC. It still shows as Submitted and not as Accepted as the others when we got Case Complete email. My concern is that are IL sent out to CR/IR first and then F21 even though PD is current. Thats when this it will matter the most.

are you waiting on IL as well from ISB?

That’s where the issue is. You are in F21 category. If you were in IR status, you would have gotten IL by now. Even though you uploaded your naturalization certificate, it will be F21. Try calling NVC or USCIS. I personally don’t think it matters at this time, they don’t look at your visa application until your status is Current. Otherwise you wouldn’t have reached this stage in the process.

It could be Verification process delay.
