Hello everyone. You guys provided me with a lot of information.

So my situation is next.

I had first interview with my wife not go so good. IO was very aggressive, i felt that she didnt like me more than she didnt believe we are together. She was terrorizing me because my wife majes me breakfast, like i was forcing her to do so. She was doing that and i never adked her. To be honest even my mom wasnt making me breakfast since i ate differently(fitness) so anyway i felt im being judged as some guy thats molesting his wife just because of that. After that i froze and forgot slogan on my wife tattoo. I actually said it right but i got confused and just said im not sure and idk, didnt really know before i can get this stupid bcs of stress.

After that immigration came to our apartment. My wifes sister was home, while we were at work(this was like workday 9am). After that i got approved quickly. for i751 i filled decent amount of evidence(judging by this forum) but not a lot for first year of GC.

Recently i got RFE. My question is did anyone have same scenario and how long it took to get resolved? Guy that is doing my paperwork told me itll take 4 to 6 months because of my first interview. Is that true. Also that guy told me that every i751 applicant goes to interview, as well that i751 can be appealed, which is false so im not sure how correct are his informations?

I was hoping after filling evidence now itll take about month but he scared the s**t out of me. As im sure u guys know how terrorizing experience this is. When it comes to my relationship im lucky as me and my wife have a good marriage and nothing to hide. But i am dying from anxiousness and plus i had a lot of things go wrong with my family back in Europe that i am going thru mental hell right now. Any opinion or somewhat similar experience would be appriciated. Thank you

Not true---most i-751s are approved without an interview.

I would assume though that since your AOS interview sounds like it was a Stokes interview, you will be called for a ROC interview.

There is no good way to predict how long it will take USCIS to process your RFE paperwork, besides looking at average case processing times for your service center. Part of it is down to the backlog they are going through.

The current administration wanted to start interviewing all I-751 applicants but that has been relaxed. It seems like some people are getting interviews, others are not, and I don't seem to see any predictive patterns there for cases without red flags. You probably have a higher chance of getting an interview. I know your last interview was stressful, but an immigration lawyer I'm acquainted with (he has decades of experience) said that you shouldn't be too stressed about getting an interview. You can prove some things more easily, like affection and genuine concern, better than you can with papers. But that's just his take. :)

Good luck!

This is the first time I hear about the immigration coming to someone's apartment, definitely  something is making them super suspicious. Most I-751 are now being approved without interviews, I think If they like what you submit in response to the RFE , they'll approve it fast after receiving it not in 4 to 6 months

Thanks guys. U guys r right but its hard to stay positive. Does it help if i send new stuff to primarly to respond to rfe? I cant summon new proves for times i didnt have a lot of proves. My guy is telling me that they want for conditional residency period(card time) proves. But that doesnt make sense to me. Like im still conditional resident even tho my card expired and if someone wanted to stage proves itd make more sense to stage it for period after getting card and before applying for i751 than during these 15 months of wait time. He said that new proves dont matter much(after applying for i751). And ive seen people just send updated proves(lease taxes photos utilities) and get approved, cause I have those, but i dont have many more of old ones. Besides stuff i already sent. Id sent them already if i did.

Send whatever evidence you have to respond to the RFE as soon as possible.  You can't send what you don't have.  Follow the RFE instructions exactly to the letter, dig deeper into your evidence since getting the green card, maybe you left something out that you could have sent.  The more evidence the better.  Looks like they are scrutinizing your application because of the AOS interview and doubts they had about your relationship.  Good luck!
