Hi. 

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get your first response after sending out your I-751 form.? 

I was notified by ups that my package was delivered. But I'm wondering how long till I get some kind of response from them.

You will get the receipt notice with the extension for 18 months language in it, usually within 30 days. 

 

You will then get a notice to go to a biometrics appointment. That usually takes between 30 days - 90 days, depending on how busy your local Application Support Center is. 

 

Then you will get nothing, until someone start working on the case. You could get an RFE, an interview letter, or an approval.

In my case I received an 18 months extension letter a week after they received my package and my bio appointment was scheduled within a month but every case is different for some people it took a month or even more

B1/B2 -->married USC---> I-130 + I-485 + I-765 :

Sent: 06/20/2016

Biometric: 07/20/2016

RFE: 09/01/2016

RFE reply sent: 10/31/16

EAD received:  11/15/2016

Interview 03/15/2017 APPROVED

 

ROC:

Package Delivered: 12/21/2018

Text and email with case # received: 12/26/2018 Vermont Service Center

Biometric app. 01/30/2019

Approved: 12/06/2019

Green Card received: 12/12/2019 ❤️📬

 

N400:

Submitted: 03/06/2020
