eGov Website (Old Website?) Update

Does anyone know if the USCIS website that begins with eGov in the URL updates at a certain time of day? Our case has never been updated through the my.uscis site, but the eGov website had reflected changes in our case status.  However, I am wondering if there is a specific time of day that these updates occur?

i can't say for sure. but both updates in my case so far have been updated on both websites at exactly 1:00 AM ET. i know because they always send an e-mail at exactly that time

I used to run scans to check for updates of case numbers.

I've seen RFEs issued at all sorts of times. Generally, I saw approvals at around 6-7 PM PT (9-10 PM ET). Sometimes a little later. Emails and SMS are generally sent out shortly afterwards.
