N400 Online form - "Other" explanation disappears

Hi Everyone,

 

I've been working on the N400 online form for the past days, and noticed a strange behavior:

 

In the beginning when I am to explain eligibility, I check "Other" and enter the explanation for "Other" in the text box. When I click save/next, it shows the explanation in a box.

Once I save/leave the form, and reload it at a later time to continue, the explanation has disappeared and only "other" without my explanation shows.

Anyone who has experienced similar?
