My wife arrived here 2weeks now and I would like to know where should I check to see when the greencard is mailed or not

There is nowhere to check. You just have to wait for it. It will be mailed to the address on record. So will the Social Security number.

Two weeks is too early. Normally, GC arrives 3 weeks at the earliest I've seen.

I check wanted to know if I could now check a site to see if the greencard is mailed or not because I live in an apartment and they're notorious at stealing mails at times

You can only call to talk to a person to see if they can track it. As far as I know, they don’t send you a tracking number or anything

I'm going to give it until December 31 or January 3rd after the holidays and call. That should be a little over 30days to call.

You can check the status of the green card at the USCIS website, with the IOE visa fee receipt number.  When they are producing the card the status will change from applied to card being produced.  They ship it a few days after the status changes.  If you are signed up for USPS advance notice service you will receive an email that the green card is on its way via priority post.  My husband recently received his green card, three months after entering the US on a spousal visa.  When you call USCIS, they will tell you it can take up to 4 months to receive it, and if it doesn't arrive in that time frame to call them back.  For now, the CBP stamp on the visa serves as a green card for one year from POE.  Good luck!
