'Don't mess with me' — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rips reporter who asks if she hates Trump

We have moved on to the portion of late lunch/early dinner (linner? dunch?) at this Mexican restaurant in La Cañada where I find out exactly which of my extended family support Pelosi. Unsurprisingly it's my uncles' wives who find her inspirational for standing up to Trump and leading the party. Now one of my uncles is talking about throwing rocks at Tesla cybertrucks and about "owning" Pelosi by rolling coal. I predict an awkward evening at home for them. I just focused on my posole and pretended I was too tired from my flight to take part. 

 

No scoops of ice cream, but one of my cousins has ordered churros.

Posole in the winter, very nice. We still need to build a food channel for visa journey.
