Please i need your help , i m starting filling for I-864 and I-864A for my parents the question is : I have to fill I864 for each one and then I-864A for each one . Or i have fill one form for both . 

Last question form I 864 Part 3 family member !! If i m filling i864 for my mom i have to add my dad us family member  ??? Thank you

Please read the I-864 instructions first.

Figure out who is the joint sponsor and who is the household member

That should help you figure out which forms and what the household count is.

I m the sponser of my parent but I m  not working  (no income) so my husband gonna be co sponsor

So you will sign a completed I-864 for EACH parent and your spouse will  sign a completed I-864a for EACH parent. 

 

Your household count on each I-864 will be for your family plus the parent the I-864 is for .
