A fivouple? 

 

I guess she chose not the least attractive of the guys to have a baby with at least? It just looks like so MUCH drama, especially with a baby, and they're all basically kids too! When I was 20, I was a mess (or messier than I am now), and I made a lot of dumb decisions (like choosing the wrong person to be my eventual spouse). At least I wasn't living with four nerds, playing RPGs and getting ready to give birth!

I considered it, but discarded for two reasons: (1) sounds too much like "quintuple," which is a perfectly cromulent word, and (2) "throuple" is a neologism made from "three" + "couple" so I made the logical leap and went for "five" + "couple."
