Just a really really quick message to everyone to let you guys know that Manoj had his interview this morning and he was approved. :dance::dance: They told us we can pick up the passport on tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest from the VFS office. I will post a more detailed interview post later but I wanted to say thanks to all of you who uplifted us in prayer and sent your well wishes.

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Nope, my wife hasn't received it yet and I am sure that she never will. Even my lawyer here in states hasn't received it. My wife mailed all the paper work mentioned in P3 to embassy and they got it today. l am hoping that they will go ahead and process it but you never know. I will check the status with them by the end of this week.

yes u certainly did the right thing they will never

they are jampacked with visa applications

most of them being the b-1/b-2 category though

do let me know u r interview month if july

i hope i m just expecting it soon this month for sure my case number isnt there

i m hoping soon however in forth coming months :unsure:
