Do you happen to have an N400 application also in process?  Otherwise, this could simply be workload balance within USCIS.

We are in the same boat. I submitted decent amount of evidence initially. Asked for Rfe. Submitted new taxes new lease photos, etc. I was hoping for approval but got case transfer to nbc. Meaning interview, my case has not been put in line for interview but itll probably be any day now. Whats ur local office. What county in Ca do you live? Please follow up with updates here, ill lyk how my case goes too.

U probably had some red flags. I had awful experience with first interview. IO was hostile. Didnt approve me. Month later they came to our home and then i got my first green card. I hoped that cleared red flags but looks like it didnt since they still want interview for roc. So frustrated and depressed. At least my marriage is stable. I've read u are getting divorced. Maybe ur wife reported something to uscis.
