Our current congressional representative is on the short list as a potential pick for President Biden nomination. So they are on top of their businesses. I called this morning to find out what is going regarding the cased that were DQ but not getting interviewed. They informed me that there is a year wait backlogged and March 2019 is currently getting scheduled. With that said, any date prior to that should call their congressional representative.

Hope you all are staying strong! But I have to say I will do whatever it takes to bring my husband to the U.S as fast as possible! Be an advocate for your love one, especially if he/she is in Haiti😒

Why not?... it is required for us to upload it and bring it to the interview. I can’t find this information anywhere on here, my husband did his at the office close to where he lives. I’m going to have him obtain one from port au prince office also

My lawyer didn’t either but I had called NVC to double check. They told me that he didn’t have to upload it, just make sure we have it for the interview because,  somehow for DCPJ to give my husband one he needed to have the interview paper with him, so we just waiting.

It is not required for NVC stage, however you will ask to bring it to interview.

You do not need to upload a police record to NVC. See below

 

Comments:  Haiti Police records are not required for initial application for an immigrant visa. When/if requested at the time of interview, police records may be obtained from the Central Bureau of the Judicial Police (Direction Centrale De la Police Judiciaire).
