I'm going to be submitting my I-751 application and evidence tomorrow and was wondering if people can review my evidence list.

Here goes:

1) Lease agreement

2) June 2007 monthly rent receipt

3) Joint ING Savings account

4) Joint Washington Mutual Checking account

5) Joint Scottrade Traditional account

6) John Hancock 401k enrollment application and 1/01/2007 quarterly statement

7) 2006 State and Federal Tax returns

8) 2005 State and Federal Tax returns

9) Honda vehicle retail installment sales contract

10) Honda Financial Services May 2007 loan statement

11) Wawanesa car insurance statement of account

12) AAA membership renewal bill

13) HealthNet health insurance card showing joint benefits

14) Photos

15) Christmas Cards sent to my spouse and I

Also submitting:

1) I-751 application form

2) Check $205 application fee

3) Check $70 biometrics fee

4) Photocopy of Permanent Resident card

Am I missing anything that may result in a denial or RFE?

Thanks Everyone!!!!

You're looking good but for a few more things:

1. Don't forget to sign (and also have your spouse sign) the application form.

2. If you're sending in a check for your fee payment, remember to have that signed also.

3. If you both have the same (current) addresses on your drivers' licences, then it won't hurt to include photocopies - that's one additional evidence

4. Remember to make copies of everything you're sending in

Good luck!

If you have them, provide utility bills, phone, lights, water, trash that is in both names, life insurance beneficiary forms if you have, travel documents such as hotel, airfare showing you traveled together. Some have also sent in letters from family and friends stating how long they knew you and that you are a couple. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

You HAVE to submit at least 2 NOTARIZED letters from reliable people who will testify if asked to you have a bonafide marriage!!

More ammo you submit the better chance you won't be required to have an interview!/b]

Where's the joint bills?

Life insurance ?

Will?

No need ITRs unless they were filed jointly!

Aloha

Joint bills... when we set up our gas and electric and cable whoever called, set it up under the one name rather than both... I guess the way around this would be to submit copies of the utils I set up and the ones my wife set up which will show them that we are at the same address. Yes?

We have no will.

We have no life insurance, (just medical which is included).

We don't really have reliable people that we've known the last two years to submit letters except her parents. Would they submit the letters jointly or separately? Is this even mandatory to submit? I read mixed ideas on this.

THANKS!!

no, the letters aren't mandatory... they are just a suggestion and are good for people who might not have a lot of other evidence...

and I would include the utilities, even if they aren't in both your names but like you said include the ones that are in your wife's name and the ones that are in your name..........

just to give you an idea. this is what we included in our package and we had no problems ...

copy of baby's hospital certificate

copy of baby's death certificate

copy of rental agreement

copy of car insurance

copy of one recent joint tax form

copy of 401K that states that I am the primary beneficiary

copy of health care statement showing that I am covered under hubby's health care insurance

copy of one recent gas bill

copy of one recent phone bill

copy of one recent cable bill

copy of recent bank statements

copy of paper showing that hubby added me to his bank account

Copy of some bills (Sirius, Netflix etc) with just hubby's name and our address on it

Copy of some bills with just my name on it and our address (recent electric bill etc..)

Some envelopes with both our names and address on them...

I just sent in the most recent bill for each utility.... The phone and gas were in my name but I added hubby's name, the electric company didn't let me add my hubby's name...... and I just included the most recent bank statement.... and the application that we filled out to add me to hubby's account...
