Just saw on Case Tracker app that two WAC cases that go after my case were approved and cards mailed...

I emphasize these cases go after mine by number. How is it possible that mine is still stuck at fingerprints taken while other folks get their cards before me when they are after me in line?

I have not filed n-400, so maybe they did and it sped up their approvals? Not sure, but this is frustrating

Finally some news! My case is 43***, so seems like I'm still a few off lol. Would be great if we could get some news soon, especially if we don't need to do an interview.

In my humble opinion I think we can wait to file n-400 till ROC it’s approved, because the time frame difference between both scenarios are similar, however for 5 years on green card holder filing n-400 there’s no the conditional marriage, obviously being stronger case still having the happiness of same marriage 😆... u can compare timelines and maybe you can file a little bit before you’re becoming a 5 years as green card holder.

Hi Everybody!!

I am seriously getting worried my case is lost somewhere.

I filled for my wife to remove conditions on her GC. We filed in November 2019 and her biometrics were in Feb 2020.

In June 2020 our stays changed to "waiting to schedule interview" and we have been waiting since with no update at all. I keep calling USCIS and they keep telling me to wait.

Our service center is MSC which is different from most filers. I am aware we can file N400 right now.

What should I do? Her GC expires in June 2021.

Really appreciate any help! Thanks!

Did your wife get her extension letter already?
If don’t, so may be you can call uscis to get it in the meantime your interview is scheduled or you can request a new one extension letter if you still needing it by expiration date.

You can get as many GC extensions as needed by getting passport stamp with info pass.

check online what is your normal processing time for your service center and if it’s outside of normal processing time period, then you are encouraged to submit a service request via online form or via call to uscis

good luck! Cases are being approved now from that we’re filed from mid 2019 to early 2020, so I’m sure your approval or interview are coming soon. Little more patience needs for this final stretch

Finally!!! Wac290044xxx. Filed late December. Reused fingerprints in July and approved today. Good luck everyone. No interview had one for i485. Married to a usc. Took our newborns to interview back in 2018/19 lol

Congrats! That's awesome. Good to hear more and more WAC people getting theirs processed. I'm the same, filed late Dec, mid-July they reused the fingerprints, but still no luck. Weird because I'm 43***, which would assume mine was first processed before your 44***. But it's the USCIS, so I don't know if anything makes sense haha.

JulesOz, as you know same here with me and it is very frustrating to see so many cases filed after us getting approved. I’m on this Facebook Group and every day people that filed in 2020 (not even 2019) getting approvals from all centers.
this is so not fair

In same FB group I started hearing that people that filed in 2019 are now getting RFEs to get evidence for end of 2019 and 2020:.. like seriously, uscis!?
so maybe in this case it is worth just applying for Naturalization and attach more proofs so they don’t send an RFE for I-751.

I’m from the Bay Area too and applied in early Dec 2019.My case was transferred 2 months ago to NBC and there has been no update after that.

Wow, can you imagine waiting all this time and then getting a RFE?! That would be so annoying! Also, what Facebook group is it? I'd like to join. Cheers.
