I just got this...

 

Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

On November 13, 2020, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number LIN209*******, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. 

 

Obviously I need to wait to get the letter, but has anyone else had this notice? And if so, what did it mean for you?

Your timeline is close to mine. Also Nebraska service center. 

 

Got a letter saying it was transferred to NBC. Then a few days later changed to interview ready to be scheduled. 

 

Didn't get an interview on AOS so you will definitely get one on ROC. Now I wait a few months for interview to be scheduled.

Our interview is scheduled for Dec. 22, however I am eligible to submit N-400 starting Dec. 10. Should I go ahead and submit N-400 before ROC interview or wait until after interview?  I am afraid interview will be postponed until citizenship application is processed and so it will be a combo interview. Any suggestions?

Exactly what happened to me. However I only actually received one physical in the mail transfer notification. Did get two transfer notifications online.

I’m a wac filer from the Bay Area.I recently got 2 notifications that my case was being moved to another office.Did anyone from the California service center get similar notifications? I filed my Roc back in Dec 2019

Hopefully that will speed it up for you! Do you know where they are transferring it? Local office or another service center? Also did you apply for citizenship recently? (If you did, then that’s why they transferred it) if you didn’t apply for naturalization then it could either mean you will have an interview or they simply are trying to move the backlog to other center for faster processing

I have not received the letter in the mail yet and I have only applied for my ROC. I had read in some of the posts on this forum that  it could be transferred to a different office either to schedule an interview or in some cases even recommend for approval.I will update shortly

i applied December 9th and on Nov 24th I received notification that my case was approved! Didn’t even need to have an interview, I’m shocked!

 

New card was ordered on 24th but it hasn’t been shipped out yet. Hoping to get it soon.

 

I applied for N-400 a couple weeks before I approval. Looking forward to naturalize!

Was a stressful journey full of ups and downs, cya in 2020 VJ. I'll be back when it's time to begin the dreaded I-751. Biggest advice - make sure you have a TON of evidence, be completely honest and you'll be fine. Good luck everyone! =)
