Curious, does anyone who has

legitimate marriage and has all the proof to show it can be denied ROC ?

Zero criminal record

has there been a case like this here ?

Is that your situation?

no its not

i want to know if i need a plan B ...

ROCs are denied if the officer does not believe that it is a legit marriage. It is best to be truthful and you should be fine.

By the way, I have my biometric appointment on 3/23... great time to place my hands where hundreds have placed theirs!

Great! At least one more forward  movement. When did you file your ROC?

Hello everyone, I have a question about this process.

we filled our I751 and received a noticed of action I797 on 01/14 that was saying that our conditional status was extended for 18 months.

What are the next steps?

Awesome! Congrats! That’s a temporary solution in the meantime your case can be processed.

i’m curious to know, when did you send your package? I meant... When did you file your roc?

you will get an invitation for biometrics - that's the next step for most people (sometimes it's waived but very rare)

I had my biometrics appointment today, but USCIS offices are closed until April 1 for general public. I did not go to the ASC for my appointment.

Me neither. I have a printscreen of USCIS webpage stating that the ASC offices were closed, just in case someone believes I abandoned my case...
