Thanx my receipt # starts with MSC and i guess its NBC

Alright, that means you are on CR-1, and will be on line to get an interview scheduled with your local office.

Wait for your biometrics, and set back since your interview could be anywhere from 4 months to 14 months

My wife (US Citizen) has a 12 year old son from her previous marriage. We included his name on the form, added additional information on Page 11 to explain in brief that the son was born to a previous marriage, is a US Citizen as well, and lives with us per the custody agreement. In Part 5 of the form, we checked Yes for living with you, and No for applying with you.

Your situation and hence responses may be different based on your custody agreement/adult daughter.  I personally would include her and explain on Page 11. We also included photographs of the 3 of us as well as school related information where I am a point of contact, as part of our packet.

Is there anyone on this thread who’s case is at the Texas service center? My case number starts with SRC.

Just getting a little worried as a lot of people seem to getting biometric letters, and I haven’t received anything aside from my NOA

For the people who have done their biometrics, have you seen the status get updated on the website?

I did biometric on jan 13rd and have not seen my status changed since.

Not yet, I did bio last week, but no updates so far. They don't always update your case online

Has anyone else's status changed to this?

As of January 29, 2020, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EACxxxxxxxxxx, have been applied to your case.

They actually changed my status on Jan 29 that they have received my fingerprints. I did my biometrics on jan 13rd. When was your biometrics?
