Hi all,

I am urgently looking for advise on rescheduling my CR1 Interview visa in London as I am unable to make the date, it breaks my heart to say that as the process has been 15 months already but I really can't get back from the USA for the date given (day before Christmas). I am currently here on an ESTA visa.

I wondered if anyone had any idea how to reschedule as all I am being told is to let the date pass and another date will be opened up to me. I am extremely nervous to do this as I have also been told this can be classed as abandonment of the visa and will mean my visa is then denied.

Please can anyone advise?
