We have a prenup that says whats mine is mine and what's his is his, but he said that this prenup means nothing and he'll still take my money, am I worried about this? not really.

Pre nups are a horribly complicated subject, and I am sure that also varies by State, anyway something to discuss with your Lawyer.

Enforcement of a prenup is difficult. The process used when it was created plays a big part as well (i.e. independent lawyers is stronger than a lawyer hired by only one person).

But that's a divorce issue.

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received
