Hello all,

We filed AOS in July of 2018. The I-693 and DS 3025 were submitted then, since we are doing K-1 visa.

Now we have our AOS interview next week. I know we don't need a new medical exam BUT I am reading that we have to show "proof that you complied with the vaccination record". I'm also seeing other users who seem to have a copy of their DS 3025.

My husband does have a copy of his DS 3025 but it's nothing official, just a photocopy that the civil surgeon agreed to make for him.

Do we need to take any further action?

Thanks!

Just bring that.

It doesn't need to be official.

All bringing it does is remind your IO that you already completed the medical so if there is any question about you not having submitted an I693 you can show them that and they can look for your medical packet in your A-file if they do not have it already.
