How to Mail RFE? What is the best packaging?

What is the best way to mail the K1 RFE response.  I know the RFE original letter goes on top followed by a cover letter.  Should everything be in a binder with protective page covers or can I just paperclip the multiple page documents and put one big binder clip on the entire package.  Any tips is greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Follow the link that you found. It mentions using clips, and it also mentions avoiding binders. 👍
