Well, Al's sister is (this week). My sister would also argue that until she's married she's single. So that's both of them.

please post pics of their sammiches

I am pretty sure mine knows how to make an edible one. I am actually seeing her over the weekend so I will see if I can convince her to make one for you. I mean make one, and then let me take a picture for you, because making you one would be kind of worthless because I don't actually know where you are, but wherever it is, it's unlikely to be near Studio City. (Just a guess.)

Edible is good.

 She only shops at Whole Foods and Gelson's, so it's unlikely that there are any additives in her sandwiches.

OMG Really. I bet you buy Organic

You said edibles. They are made with propylene glycol most of the time, also vaping juice for THC blends

I buy organic for some things where it makes sense -- soft fruit, primarily. I try to buy ethically wherever I can, preferring local suppliers wherever possible and will pay more for that. I think it is good to keep money in the community. That goes for more than food -- I buy American whenever I can.

I don't really *do* cannabis anymore -- I quit smoking around 12 years ago, not that I ever really was much of one (pure stress) and that goes for smoking anything. I have a friend here who makes her own edibles, mostly rice krispie treats, and as far as I know she doesn't use propylene glycol, but I guess that's because she's not making them for sale, just personal use. I think vaping is gross, as I've mentioned before. :dead:

I was only 25 when I made that decision. :) I have made some adjustments to my buying habits as I got older.

I do like that you are keeping track of my purchases though. For your spreadsheet, please note that today I bought a ham and cheese pastry and a caffe latte this morning on the way to work (local chain of roaster/shops). That is the sum total of purchases today as I brought a salad in to work that I had made this morning, and the ingredients were purchased earlier this week. Tonight I am making Moroccan-spiced pearled couscous with leftover free range roast chicken and steamed broccoli (organic), all of which were also purchased earlier in the week.

Somebody else needs to keep track of the couscous etc.

We had tagine last night, added tomato, apricot, pistachio, golden raisin and dried sour cherry.

I don't do pearled couscous. Trader Joe's whole-wheat is nice.

Dinner is ready.

Ah the elitist eating habits of the MDL.

A had a meatloaf samich, some doritos and a yohoo.

Hey, I made meatball sandwiches earlier this week! That should count for something. And they were even made out of beef, not Beyond crumbles or anything. AND we had beer that night too. Last night was a roast chicken, and the last time I checked that's not THAT fancy. 😕
