Guys I need help...

My fiancee had forgot to translate a few documents that were needed for her interview at the Us Embassy in Beirut Lebanon. She had her appointment date on 11-26-2019 and she was told to go get the papers translated and book another appointment. I have been trying to do this all week but for some reason it is asking me to pay the visa fee again. It also keeps on saying this when i reenter the same CGI Reference number "No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for." Does anyone here know what to do the lawyer that I hired is not helping what so ever and I have called ustraveldocs and they said to email them and i did but i did not receive anything from them. I called the embassy and they said to email BeirutIV@state.gov and they still havent emailed me back. If anyone here knows what to do please help us!!!!

are you sure you have to reschedule, maybe they just want you to send the paperworks. 2nd interview are very common with missing paperwork. but since they are emailing you, double check your junk mail while you're at it.

maybe try to make a regular appt, not visa appt. i was only able to find this link, but this is for US Citizens. worth a try. https://evisaforms.state.gov/acs/default.asp?postcode=BRT&appcode=1
