The last one from Canada I saw was end of October. I'm 11/14, so I think we have a couple more weeks to go. The trend I'm seeing is about 7 weeks, so I'm expecting to see some movement the first or second week of January.

Thanks for your response! Wishing you all the best with your visa process.

I have wrote a letter instead explaining why I didnt need the police certificate according to their requirement as I only lived in that country 8 months . I haven’t heard anything back but will let you know if this is accepted

I think I should have done this too  instead of wasting solid one month waiting for police certificates from two countries where I lived less than 8 months each.

Oh thank you so much! It so sad they don't state it anywhere else we wanted to avoid checklist as much as possible. Well hope this time it will be fine :)

We got an RFE today, apparently we're not eligible to use the I-864EZ. Re-submitted, hopefully it's reviewed soon. However, I guess on the positive side, it's one step closer to a DQ.

Has anyone gotten a review within weeks than the 7 week wait after 2nd submission?

first review was done in about  3.5  weeks. Submitted additional requested docs on Nov18, and still waiting here, so going on 6 weeks for me almost (10 weeks total). My hopes for a quick DQ have been tempered and now i'll hope for something after Jan 6.

Looks like luck's run out. Hopefully they speed up after 1st week of January when things go back to normal.
