Hang in there folks. I know the inconsistency at which NVC and even USCIS operate throws patience out of the window.  We human beings are inclined to think that if we wait in line, follow the process, our turn will come rightfully in the right order. NVC/USCIS throw this out convention of the window as if there is no rhyme or reason. However,  every case is unique and they have some system they follow internally which may seem haphazard from outside looking in but there must be a method to their madness.

I submitted to NVC on the 4th of December and on the 14th, every other documents were accepted expected the joint sponsor I864. They said she didnt sign the page 8. Clearly she did and dated it. They equally said the status is expired, meanwhile her passport expires 2023. I resent the documents with a note.

Hopefully, I get a response soonest. Did anyone experience this and how long did it to for them the accept the documents the second time?

Thanks
