Yes. Or at least print that one page that needs signature, it’s in the instructions (part 6)

Thank you for this, my husband doesnt believe me. He is convinced that he only needed his e-signature. We’ll just have to wait and see. Thank you again

yayy!!! im still in the payer stage hahaha! Nov 4th DQ come ALREADY!! im ok with the interview wait because its out of my hands..my part would be over. but the documentation part is on me..so once i get the DQ email i will let things go..for a little while at least 😛

Thanks! It is SUCH a relief to know that it's just a matter of waiting now and there's no more worrying that we sent the wrong thing and will get an rfe. You should be hearing something very soon, good luck!!

Just to let those waiting here to know

Where the NVC is reviewing right now.

submitted

Nov 3rd, 2019 and got RFE/ invalid document today for not having the I-864EZ dated in ink.

I think my husband printed the date and only had his signature in ink. Their exact message was ‘please sign and date this by hand in part 6 and replace this form’ but my civil documents were all accepted.
yes I know it’s in the instructions but apparently my husband missed it...

It’s a little upsetting but I kinda forgot to check his forms before he submitted so... I guess I’m partially at fault...

will get him to replace the document today after work and resubmit then another wait for review again 😂😂😂

I feel like strangling (jokingly) husband for this silly RFE -again- which should not happen had he properly read instructions before submitting the form. It’s happened before with the I-130 where we got RFE because he didn’t send in EMPTY pages - although instructions in filing clearly says send in all. 😂😂😂

- but he is probably upset and feeling bad enough... so I’ll just chill.

but yes for the rest of you, NVC is reviewing documents submitted around nov 3rd ;)

I was originally hoping for DQ before Christmas but this probably sets us back another month at least so... back in the waiting game 😂😂

Oh no I just submitted yesterday (But i1864)  and I typed the date but printed and signed.I hadn’t seen that happen to anyone else before. The instructions don’t mention the date specifically has to be in ink too...or did I misunderstand your post?

My wife submitted her DS-260 and everything else to NVC in October. We were also confused as to why it didn't ask for employment and education. I read somewhere in the forum that those questions only apply to males and/or people from certain countries. We got DQ with no RFE so you should be fine.

Well that’s reassuring to know, thank you 😊
