Thank you! I hope so too. I guess I am just glad that we aren't ACTUALLY missing something, so at least once they fix their error it should be a DQ.. but still so annoying! I hope you hear soon! I think you should, quite a few from mid Nov seem to be getting response lately

I really think they just either don't read, or want to find any excuse to hold up people's processes. Sooo annoying! I don't know what they are doing over there. Picking their noses or something!!!

Someone got a DQ this morning and submitted documents in December... ☺️

Now we way to hear from Stockholm for an interview. 

Yay!! We (should be) getting DQ soon once we fix this NVC error.. And then hopefully our own IL for Stockholm! Stockholm is very quick, let's hope we both get our interviews for January!

I hope so too!! We already waited too long at Nebraska!

Yes we are. Most of This process random. All depend of that employee process your case. I been waiting 15 months to bring my wife. It's really crazy.

I’ve gotta admit seeing your post twiste my arm to check emails and log in to check 😂... ugh nothing.. on the up side at least I’m here with him on vacation so waiting is more tolerable at the moment

I checked all day today and nothing, and then all the sudden I checked and it was there, so you never know! I'm sure it's coming soon though, but yes it really does help being in person. My husband went back to his country a month ago, now I'm hoping he can be here for good by February! It was really mixed emotions, being nervous when I got the email, then happy when I saw "accepted" on everything, then depressed when I saw "Need Document", then a mixture of angry and relieved when I saw "upload proof of current employment" when I'm not employed 😂😭

Waited 1hr 20min, got a rep, rep told me "no, it's not our fault, if you mark you are unemployed, then you need to submit a letter saying you are unemployed"

Checked NVC's instructions for those who are unemployed, and it says:

"For those who are unemployed or retired, submit a photocopy of ongoing income from other means, such as:

• retirement benefits;
• other household members' income; or
• other significant assets."

Nowhere does it say to submit a letter of unemployment, and I don't have any of those other things (no household members, we are using a joint sponsor). And well. I don't want to submit one and wait another 5+ weeks if I don't have to. So I guess I'm calling back for a second opinion

Nope, I live by myself, my parents are our joint sponsor but I don't live with them, different addresses on the I864 too. Lady on the phone told me it's required to upload a letter stating I'm unemployed, but when I check the required documents for those who are unemployed, it says nothing about a letter of unemployment, so I'm calling again to see what someone else says. She said some embassies require it but when I checked Stockholm embassy, nothing mentioned about an unemployment letter being needed either
