i submitted mines 22 oct , received the 23 , and I'm DQ since the 8 th of november 

i dont get NVC's logic

Aug 2018 filer. Submitted docs to nvc on oct 31, needed to repay fees on nov 14th. Which dates to wait for?

Ok now you’ve confused me... why did you have to repay fees? I didn’t think it was possible to even work on your case let alone submit unless fees had already been paid for and cleared 🤔

oct 8 nvc got my docs
oct 21 , they refuse my birth certificate , they want the literal copy
oct 22 , go to my birth city town hall get the right one , send it by pdf to my very good friend in LA , he post the docs via priority mail express
oct 23 received
nov 8 DQ
dec 5 (6 brussels time) interview letter , scheduled for january 2

How you know your documents received. Mine just show in my CEAC account submitted.

you are iraqian , so you have to submit your documents electronically on ceac , for the rest of us we dont have no other choice than the snail mail . i know by the tracking number .

espacially after all that perm process i had to lead by myself after that disaster of attorney my employer hired . he fckd up my first perm , wasting 7 months of active work + he wasted an average of 3 month between each step . so its about 12 months for nothing . also , everything that come out the mouth of this guy is a total bllsht.  now i can relax
