Right, you are lucky probably because you filed the I-129 but I didn't file the I-129 until september then got approved October, it took 356days roughly to get my case approved.

From what I remember reading (but where on the Travel State.gov website ?!), they don't close NVC.

Dec25th is closed, Jan1rst is closed too and between the 2, I assume, there will be less agents working (cannot blame them for that, right?).

I submitted November 7. The wait is toooo long from Nebraska service center

A month today since first submission. It’s not so much the wait but the anxiety around getting documents rejected and having to resubmit and wait again😫

I am so worrying they reject my wife passport because her picture not clear or they ask for more documents

Same here! A month today from our first submission. It is a mixture of feelings, anxiety, impatience and I miss my husband. There are days that are hard to hold but I was approved in Nebraska 88 days (30 days after sending the I-129F). I think I've already used my lucky chip rsrsr. Good luck to all and i hope we can pass this stage quickly

The same thing happened to me... I was approved 99 days and also used the I-129F. I am just glad I'm at this stage too.

Hi everyone,

 

Minutes ago, I received my DQ email from the NVC.  How long does it normally take to receive your embassy letter and appointment date after this step?  Also, how far out is the appointment usually scheduled?  I'm going to book a plane ticket when the time comes, but would like to compare prices beforehand.
