Hello everyone,

I’m new to this thread as I got DQ on Nov 25th.

I was just wondering if people get notified about the case being sent to the consulate? Or does one directly get the IL?

Thanks!

I have a question in reference to my husband's case.  We were DQ'd on November 19th and our case was approved to be sent to the Embassy on the 29th of November.  On this evening we received an email stating that our immigration appointment was cancelled.

It states:

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel this interview.  We will schedule a new interview appointment as soon as possible and notify you of the date and time."

I never received the an email for the first appointment, but what should I expect as it relates to getting my actual appointment.

Thanks
