Hello All,

I am new in this thread. Any update for Uzbekistan ? My F2A DQ was on 10/7/2019. Waiting for the interview letter . Wanted to know when can we get the interview letter from Tashkent consulate Uzbekistan.

Thanks

F2As get their ILs in the 2nd releasing event around 20-24 each month. If your consulate isn't terribly backlogged they should be able to schedule you for January.

Could you please explain the second release event?

Empirical data I gathered shows there's 2 main releasing events every month when the majority of people receive their ILs in a batch in the ealy morning hours of a certain day - once around the 10th of the month, and once around 20th. There can be ILs outside those events but they belong to the few, not the many. At least that was my personal research :)

Wait for what? An expedite at NVC must be sent to your embassy for approval. If your PD is current and you have a valid expedite reason go for it.

Hi,

I sent my expedite request in to NVC about 7-8days ago, NVC wrote me this morning saying that it was approved by the US Ebassy and said that they were sending it immediately to the US embassy. My question is, how soon after the approval do they schedule the interview?

Thank you.

Nice response @Weebee

Please what about F3, do you have an idea if they are in the 2nd release event or the first? Which categories are in the 1st releasing event?

Thank you so much, I believe it's not backlogged that bad. What you suggest, is it better to wait till 20th or write email right now to expedite?

Okay thanks  hopefully Nigeria isn't done scheduling for January but lats date I saw was January 28th.
have you called NVC to find out the hold up.

And your father is a citizen correct that filed for you. You or he needs to call NVC to find out what happened seems something isn't right.

Okay I will. Thanks. Do you know the number I can call for the NVC because the Lagos embassy refers me only to their email.
