Hi everyone, I'm in the Unmarried Son/Daughter of US Citizen over 21 category, my interview is tomorrow and I'm quite excited as this is the final step, it's been quite the journey to say the least; So I was wondering if you guys can give me some pointers, heads up or overall recommendations to keep in mind.

I was reading that you don't have to overdress but it's always good to show respect by dressing at the very least semi-formal, I was going with some dress pants, long sleeve dress shirts and a sports coat with no tie; I keep a very short beard (well groomed) so I hope this is appropriate as well along with my usual normal haircut I've had for over 20 years; Other than that I just wear my prescription eyeglasses, a small silver coin pendant and my wristwatch.

Thank you for your time. :)

My advice is always dress like you're going for a job interview. What you describe is fine.

Just be yourself. Answer all questions truthfully. If unclear about a question, ask them to repeat. Everything will be fine.

How was your interview Andres1987? Hope it went well?

It was pretty good, the person interviewing me was super nice, all of the questions were about the DS260 form, including the people mentioned there, they also asked if I had been previously arrested,  if I had traveled to the US and when, if I ever traveled to the US without a Visa (illegally), who was my petitioner, etc. In the end she approved my application and said I would receive an email when my passport/Visa would be ready for pickup at the courier location I had previously provided.
