What statement should be in Police Certificate?

Should we give police any "specific wording" statement that we want on the certificate?

what normally does it say or should it say on Police record?

the police report should be a standard letter stating either that there is no record of felonies etc. or which records of such there is.

There won't be any specific wording in it, at least not that I know of. In Germany, some employers, esp. in the health care business request such a letter to make sure the employee has a clear record. Not sure how it works in Pakistan

I wouldn't worry about it as they have a standard certificate that they fill out. My wife didn't have to tell them what she needed they had a template.

The report will say what the police authority of the country wants it to say, in the way that they want to say it.
